Block bookings have been made at the conference hotel as well as two other hotels within easy access of the conference venue. To obtain the special conference rates all accomodation must be booked through the Conference Secretariat and will be allocated on a strict priority of receipt basis. Deadline for guaranteed booking is 1 May 2003. Please keep in mind that June is a very busy month in Oslo. Early booking is therefore strongly advised. All hotels are located in the City centre, within walking distance of the Royal Palace, the Parliament, the National Theater, the National Gallery, the mediaeval castle Akershus, historical sites, museums, the main shopping area and restaurants.
