Conference Registration
You may register for the conference, add-on seminars, tours, excursions and hotel accommodation by using the online registration form or a printed form (requires Acrobat Reader).
Your personal Registration Code
When using the online registration form, your are given an option to insert a personal Registration Code. If you have received an e-mail invitation to the conference, the code will have been included. You may also receive the code by immediate e-mail, provided we have your personal e-mail address stored in our database. If you have no code, just click the 'Register without code' button.
Changing Your Registration
You may change your registration details (including tours, excursions, hotel accommodation, etc.) by going to the 'My Page' menu on the conference website. If you have not already received your personal Registration Code, this will be forwarded to you in the registration confirmation e-mail.
Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail (or by telefax if you do not have an e-mail address), normally within 24 hours. You will also receive a receipt by e-mail after payment has been registered.
Hotel Reservation
All hotel reservations, changes and cancellations must be made to the Conference Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel. The conference registration form includes hotel reservation. We do not need a deposit for your hotel reservation, but you will be liable to pay for the first night if the reservation is cancelled after 30 April. 
Payment
Please make your payment as soon as possible in order to confirm your registration. You may pay by Bank Transfer, Banker's Cheque or Credit Card. You may also request an invoice prior to payment. 
VAT Refund

The conference fee, accompanying persons' fees and the add-on seminar fees are subjec to 24% VAT. Tours, excursions and hotel accommodation are not subject to VAT. The amount of VAT paid will in most cases be refundable by the Norwegian tax authorities. Read more. 

LES Scandinavia Membership
Non-LES members from Scandinavia are offered free membership for 2003 included with the conference fee.
